Ich arbeite an der Schnittstelle zwischen Politik, Wirtschaft und Zivilgesellschaft — dort, wo unterschiedliche institutionelle Logiken zusammengeführt werden müssen, damit neue Vorhaben nicht nur konzipiert, sondern auch realistisch umgesetzt werden können. Dabei beziehe ich internationale Partner und Förderstrukturen von Anfang an mit ein.

Über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in Programmarchitektur, Governance und dem Aufbau sektorübergreifender Kooperationen — national wie international. Ich sorge für Orientierung, klare Rollen und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen, die auch unter Zeitdruck und Unsicherheit handlungsfähig bleiben.

I work at the interface between politics, business and civil society — where different institutional logics must converge so that new initiatives are not just designed, but realistically implemented. International partners and funding structures are part of the picture from the start.

Ich höre zu, erkenne Muster, kläre Ziele und übersetze zwischen Fachsprachen — damit aus komplexen Lagen umsetzbare Programme werden.

I listen, identify patterns, clarify goals and translate between professional languages — turning complex situations into actionable programs.

Orientierung: Ausgangslage, Zielbild und Annahmen präzisieren.
Struktur: Vorhaben in Phasen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Meilensteine übersetzen.

Ich denke in Ebenen und Systemgrenzen — lokal, regional, national und international. So lassen sich Programme aufsetzen, die im Alltag funktionieren und zugleich mit Partnern, Förderlogiken und regulatorischen Anforderungen kompatibel sind.

I think in layers and system boundaries — local, regional, national and international. This allows programs to function in day-to-day operations while remaining compatible with partners, funding logics and regulatory requirements.

Ich verstehe nicht nur, wie Institutionen funktionieren. Ich verstehe auch, wie Menschen in ihnen denken und warum Veränderung oft scheitert. Diese Wahrnehmung bringe ich aktiv in meine Programmarbeit ein.

I understand not just how institutions work. I also understand how people think within them and why change so often fails. I bring this awareness actively into my programme work.

Music

Musik begleitet mich seit der Jugend. Am Konservatorium in Arnheim habe ich Jazzgitarre studiert. Im Jazz improvisiert man innerhalb klarer Strukturen und hört dabei wirklich zu. Das schärft die Wahrnehmung für das, was in einer Gruppe gerade passiert.

Music has been part of my life since I was young. I studied jazz guitar at the conservatory in Arnhem. In jazz you improvise within clear structures while genuinely listening. That sharpens your sense of what is happening in a group at any given moment.

Yoga

Yoga praktiziere ich seit einigen Jahren. Es gibt mir den Blick nach innen und die Ruhe, um in schwierigen Situationen präsent zu bleiben.

I have practised yoga for several years. It gives me the inward perspective and the stillness to stay present in difficult situations.

Psychosoziale Notfallversorgung

Psychosocial Emergency Care

Seit 2019 arbeite ich ehrenamtlich beim ASB in der Psychosozialen Notfallversorgung. Aus dieser Arbeit ist 2025 ein deutsch-israelisches Retreat für Therapeuten entstanden. Es wurde mit dem Shimon-Peres-Preis ausgezeichnet.

Since 2019 I have volunteered with the ASB in psychosocial emergency care. This work led in 2025 to a German-Israeli retreat for therapists, recognised with the Shimon Peres Award.
